This recipe might be one little thing that can bring some healthy simplicity to your December eating. It is the perfect counterbalance to pre Xmas indulgences. A wholesome lunch or dinner salad that is bursting at the seams with all that is good and green. I've used the soothing and anti inflammatory spice turmeric along with garlic and cumin to flavour. A large handful of basil and finely chopped spring onion add lovely freshness and left. This salad will keep well in the fridge for a couple of days so it's an delightfully easy meal on the go.
