Last night's Sunday Supper was glorious. Really fun with wonderful people in attendence. Once again chef Beckie Pillay prepared a magnificent feast. This supper was a pescatarian meal: steamed saffron cockles, kingfish ceviche, nettle & goat cheese barley risotto, rocket & wildflower salad and so much more. It was truly a great meal.
The Sunday Suppers are my baby. I used to run the Golden Dawn in my former life (pre child) but nowadays my contribution is regular special feast events. I feel very lucky to be able to indulge my love of hospitality and shared meal events at this special place, with all the amazing people that make up the team working hard to bring the vision to fruition.
