This afternoon's smoothie tastes like a mango sundae! It's sooo good. Just lightly sweet and super soothing after a weekend of rich food. I topped it with black sesame seeds and coconut chips. Exquisite!

Mango Sundae Smoothie

1 mango - chopped and frozen prior

1 cup coconut milk / cream

2 Tbsp grated raw ginger

2 Tbsp chia seeds

Pinch each of nutmeg and cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla

Large handful ice.

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and creamy.
