Asian inspired lunch omelette & a pledge

I'm absolutely terrible at making myself a proper lunch on the days I'm at home (whether working from home alone or with my girl). I cook for the blog nonstop and do other kitchen experiments but in terms of a lunch just for the sake of eating a good lunch - it hardly ever happens. Can other mums or freelance work-from-home types relate? I'll often just snack on and off through the day and if I do make something, chances are I'll eat it standing up while I dart about doing other bits and pieces. Well no more! I'm going to try to SIT DOWN and eat a proper lunch. It's ridiculous I think I can't give myself just 15 minutes to eat.

Todays lunch effort is an asian-ish omelette. Three eggs whisked up with 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp ground cumin, a splash of tamari, fish sauce & sesame oil, a sprinkle of chilli flakes and a little coconut cream. Fried in ghee. Easy and delicious.

(Yes - that's two types of salt on the side of my lunch but we're not here to talk about my salt problem...... xx)
