My cookbook has landed!

I'm incredibly excited to be able to share that my debut cookbook is now available for sale. This is  truly my heart and soul on a page. Many, many months of hard work went into it's creation; recipe testing, photographing all of the recipes myself, editing and writing. Not to mention doing mountains of dishes.

I have the best family in the world for being patient and supportive during this crazy time. They've played a massive part in bringing this to life. I've also had the pleasure of working with the lovely Beatnik Publishing team. This tight-knit crew are so on my wavelength. It made the whole process easier.

Below are some peeks of what you'll find on it's pages. This is wonderful everyday food to share with your friends and loved ones. I've shared breakfasts, lunches, salads, main meals and sweet treats. There is also a staples section with simple methods for my pantry favourites such as ghee, yoghurt, sauerkraut and more. Almost every recipe is gluten free and if you follow a grain-free, dairy-free or vegan diet you'll also find lots to keep you happy.
