This week's GREEN MONDAYS column for Dish Magazine might be your perfect dinner solution! The humble cauliflower just loves spices and fresh herbs. My delicious fritters are simple to make, addictivly tasty and both gluten and grain free. Filling without being heavy; you’ll find them ideal for shared meals and picnics. Leftovers make an excellent lunch too. I like serve them with yoghurt to which I add grated cucumber and a pinch of both cinnamon and sea salt. Enjoy!
