Smokey North African Beans

My wholefoods column for Dish Magazine this week is a recipe I absolutely love! I've made it twice in the last week already. Huge on flavour and quick to make; it has the perfect amount of spice and incredible depth of flavour. 
This a handy dish for feeding a crowd and leftovers are brilliant for lunch. This is one of those dishes that will win over even fussy carnivores. There is so much rich, satisfying flavour. I've been loving it served alongside some cauliflower chunks that I've sautéed until brown. Lovely topped with either Greek or coconut yoghurt.
